Stéphanie Bonsch

I have a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from the EHL. After graduation, I worked for 1.5 years as the academic assistant of the marketing and SME management professors. Subsequently, I put my knowledge of entrepreneurship into practice by opening a restaurant and an event venue in Madagascar. After my return back home to Switzerland, I am now a scientific collaborator of the “Food and Beverage Industry” chair at the EHL Lausanne. The goal of this chair is to develop research into new business tools and models as well as into different approaches to change management (complete break and new start or gradual implementation of change).
