Pascal Wild

Pascal Wild obtained a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship from the University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland. He worked several years in the fiduciary and consulting sector before he joined the institute for entrepreneurship and SME. His main research interest lies with the internationalization of Swiss SME to distant markets and the supporting role of global cities as well as entrepreneurship in general. Pascal is coordinator of the GEM (Global Entrepreneurship Monitor) team Switzerland, the world’s largest study of entrepreneurship, and has also conducted the SIES (Swiss International Entrepreneurship Survey), the largest study in Switzerland about internationalization efforts of Swiss SME. He is giving lectures at the School of Management Fribourg and is currently pursuing doctoral (PhD) studies at the University of Geneva.
