Michèle Luyet

I have a bachelor diploma in Business Administration since 2009. I have 9 years banking experience during which I worked for 3 years as a Portfolio Manager at the Valais Cantonal Bank (BCVs). My job consisted mainly of dealing with private management mandates. I was also given the tasks of implementation and management of a new range of mandates (asymmetrical investment philosophy). This has helped me improve my knowledge of bank management and reinforced my IT skills, an area which I enjoy very much.
I am a dynamic person and I have been to London for 6 month to learn English in this business capital. I worked at the Fund desk at Swisscanto where I was in contact with the largest European banks. This was an unforgettable and rewarding experience.
I am presently working as a collaborator at the HES-SO Valais in the business administration sector where I teach and support students. At the same time, I am studying for a Master’s degree in “Entrepreneurship”, which is a significant challenge which really captivates me. Being in touch with and learning from leaders in entrepreneurship and innovation is highly motivating. The fact that the Master’s is taught exclusively in English is also an opportunity for me to maintain and enhance my level.
